Comrade to all except most........
In regards to the line art, you need to vary your lines more to emphasize weight and form. The idea is to create the illusion of a 3D object in space. This is especially true of the lines within the dragon shape, they are flattened because the line width is dead.

Duuude!!
I suppose if you wanted to adjust some things, I'd suggest taking out the part of his tail that is poking out from underneath him. It's not confusing, but may be a little distracting to some people.
There are also some areas that contain trapped space. The largest ones is created by the head and tail almost meeting.
I like dragon look cute!
